If you’ve ever read the label on a Nutella jar you’ll understand the need to make your own. This recipe is a sugar-free version and uses some of nature’s superfoods. Use as a spread or the foundation for a smoothie or ice cream.

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 cup Macadamia nuts
  • ½ cup Brazil nuts
  • ½ cup Pecans nuts
  • 2 tbs cocao
  • 1 tbs chia seeds
  • ½ tsp NATIVA

CHEF’S NOTES

Depending on whether you’d prefer a creamy or crunchy consistency, blend as long as desired. Add a little coconut milk to make a nutty chocolate sauce.

METHOD

  • Throw all the ingredients into a blender and process for 1-2 minutes or until a smooth consistency has been achieved.
  • Use activated nuts if you can or raw.
  • Adjust the amount of cocao accordingly to your preference.
